Reimagining sound. Advancing the science.

In Rainbow's sound design, there is no concept of "standard answers." Instead, there is a deep response to the essence of acoustics and a reconstruction of similar approaches for the future.

To achieve spatial acoustics that complement the sense of immersive choice, we've innovated on both volume and algorithms. Rainbow utilizes a high-performance acoustic processing chip with an algorithm core optimized for 3D spatial sound. Its spatial modeling algorithm instantly adjusts hard phase differences and sound wave directionality to reconstruct a multi-dimensional sound field. Whether playing multi-channel recordings, adjacent music, or spatially mixed material, it delivers a clear sense of verticality and directional positioning.

We've optimized the signal path system-wide, abandoning traditional integrated channel designs in favor of segmented audio paths to minimize power loss after digital signal processing (DSP). All data channels are independently processed and dynamically de-noised and gain-controlled before output, ensuring a complete and realistic dynamic range.

At the circuit level, we utilize a multi-layer immersion gold PCB and integrate an LDO (Low Dropout) voltage regulator module to significantly reduce interference from power components on the current path. Furthermore, key modules are fully enclosed in a 99.99% copper-oxide-free shielding shell, effectively blocking external EMI and ensuring smooth sound output.

To this end, we designed an acoustic feedback cavity with a special structure (acoustic feedback cavity) to enable precise control of sound waves between the coupling and the earmuffs, optimize the low-frequency Q value performance, and allow low-frequency volume and elasticity to coexist.

It's worth noting that Rainbow's choice of full-ear and semi-ear designs isn't just a change in wearable structure; it's also an acoustic strategy tailored to the sound field. The full-ear version's cavity volume and airtightness enhance low-frequency feedback and ambient Bluetooth effects, making it ideal for immersive listening. The semi-ear version reduces air symmetry, resulting in a more natural and open mid- and high-frequency extension, making it suitable for extended wear and daily use.

We also considered the combination of sound stability and battery life. In the 40-hour battery life design, we introduced dual-mode power supply monitoring and intelligent energy-saving curves, allowing the headphones to play high-resolution codecs (such as LDAC and aptX Adaptive) without frequency drop or interruption.

The absolute quality of sound can never be quantified, but we believe that the ultimate pursuit of technology can maximize the seemingly invisible yet absolutely existent bridge of perception between creator and listener.

Rainbow does not make sound,
It just makes a sound and returns to its original state.
