After your order is placed, the estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days , depending on your country or region . Please note that factors such as holidays, natural disasters, or epidemics may affect delivery time.

Pre-orders and backorders

If your order includes pre-ordered or backordered items , we'll prioritize shipping the items that are in stock and arrange for the remaining items to be delivered as soon as they become available. So, if you have an order for multiple items and only received a partial package, rest assured that the remaining items will arrive shortly.

Order Tracking

  • After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number and a logistics tracking link .
  • Order status can be checked on our order tracking page . Please allow 1 to 3 business days for updated tracking information.
