Monixibi Refund and Return Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products and services to every user. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can apply for a refund or return according to the following policy.

Cancel an order
You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it , and we will refund your money back to your original payment method within 3-5 working days .
Once an order enters the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled .

Returns & Refunds <br>Our return policy is valid for 30 days . If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges.

Return conditions
.The product must be unused and in the same new condition as when it was received, including all accessories and original packaging.
.Returns require a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) .
Customized items, special sale items, and health and personal care products are not eligible for return policies.

Partial refunds are available in the following situations
.Any product that is damaged or missing accessories not due to quality issues .
.For products returned more than 30 days but not more than 45 days , some fees will be deducted at the discretion of the customer.

Refund Process
1. Please contact us at hello@monixibi.net to submit a return request and provide your order number and reason for return .
2. Once the returned item is sent back, we will inspect it and notify you by email whether the refund is approved .
3. If the refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your payment account within 3-7 business days (the specific arrival time depends on the processing speed of your bank).

Exchange Policy
.Replacements are only offered for products with quality issues or damaged during transportation .
If you receive a defective item , please contact us within 72 hours of receipt and provide product photos and a description of the problem .
.After passing the review, we will provide free replacement or other solutions.

Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a " gift " when purchased, we can provide a gift credit or voucher equal to the return amount.
If the order is not marked as a gift, the refund will be returned to the original payer's account .

Return shipping
.Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the return is due to product quality issues or wrong product shipped .

It is recommended to use a trackable logistics service and consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe delivery of the return.
